- Will my credits and products be delivered instantly?Yes. Once your payment has been approve by PayPal or Credit Card Processing your will be returned to the store site and the store will receive a message saying the your transaction was approved. Once the store has the approval a message is sent immediately to IMVU that delivers your order to yourself or the avatar you designated. This process takes less than 2 minutes.
- What should I do if my products are not received? If you do not receive your products in 1 an hour, please contact us with your name, the avatar that was supposed to receive the articles, and the date and time you made your purchase. Send this information in an email to Support@nevacross.com.
- Who do I contact if there is a problem with my product? Customer service for products is the responsibility of the individual Associates. Each product page has a link to the Associate's home page on IMVU, and they may be contacted there. If you do not get a satisfactory response from the Associate, please feel free to contact the store at: Support@nevacross.com.
- How do gift Certificates work? You can purchase gift certificates for the CDG store which are guaranteed through PayPal. Choose an amount from $5 - $100 and follow the instructions for purchase when you are taken tp the PayPal pages. The registered gift certificate number can be used at any time, fully, or in part. NOTE: The purchaser can not redeem the gift certificate, it must be redeemed by a third party.
- Do Avatar Names, Name Changes, Try it Passes, and Gold passes purchased here work in the IMVU store? Yes, the CDG store is an agent for IMVU, so any pass purchased here is the same as purchasing it through IMVU. Also, the Try it passes work with any types products in the CDG store that can be used with these passes.
- What forms of payment does the CDG store accept? We accept PayPal, major credits cards, debit cards, and gift cards. We do not accept e-checks, regular checks, money orders, or SMS.
- Does the CDG store buy credits from Content Creators? The CDG store buys it credits from the Associates who participate in the store as our way of supporting their efforts in the main IMVU store and here. We also purchase credits from Content Creators who have given us permission to derive from their products for the store. Should these sources not provide the necessary credits for the operation of the store, we then purchase credits from our client base at www.3DChatCrossing.net
- How can I sell my products through the Cross Design Group store? The store is a diverse group of Content Creators with a maximum number of 50. We feel this is the largest number we can support and maintain the level of customer service and quality our customers expect. From time to time we are looking for additional associates for some of product areas that the current group may not have an expertise in.
